Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.
The blower motor fuse protects the blower motor electrical circuit. The blower motor relay operates only the high speed function of the blower motor. The blower motor speed resistor operates the lower speed functions of the blower motor.

The blower motor relay in a 1993 Park Ave is located in the fuse box underneath the hood. The fuse box will be located near the firewall.
In the fan box behind the glove box.

I think it's one of those four relay switches right above the blower motor near the firewall. A service center at any GM dealer will be able to tell you for certain.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1993 Chevrolet Camaro blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining nuts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.

If you are referring to the Blower Motor, then there is a fuse and a Blower Motor Resistor Pack. If you are referring to the Radiator Fan Motor then there is a fuse and a thermal sensor. Please restate the question you want answered in a clearer manner.
