The blower motor relay in a 1993 Park Ave is located in the fuse box underneath the hood. The fuse box will be located near the firewall.
Looking at the bracket from the front of the vehicle the relay for the blower motor speeds will be the fourth one from the accumulator and the high speed blower relay will the the third one from the accumulator........

I think you must be referring to a blower motor relay located most likely on the firewall toward the passenger side. But, i don't know exactly which relay is the blower motor relay, as there are several relays closely located together. your resister is located below your relays on firewall.follow the wiring from blower to firewall.left side of blower motor.2 screws hold the resister down,and 2 wire harness.hope this helps

Disconnect the temperature sensor, footwell light and wiring harness from the kick panel and set the panel aside. 2. Locate the bottom of the blower motor at the base of the firewall. a. Disconnect the wiring from the blower motor. b. Unscrew the three motor mounting screws (5.5 mm.). c. Lower the motor out of the housing. 3. Replace the blower motor by reversing the removal steps.
