You have to have the dealership program a key less entry remote for 2011 Toyota Camry.
A keyless entry remote on a 2001 Toyota Sequoia can not be reprogrammed at home. The key must be taken to a dealership where the engineers can program it with new settings.

i found it just below the radio and above the air bag ecu.

The 1989 Buick Park Avenue does not come with a remote keyless entry. The keyless remote entry was not available till 1997.
To program a new keyless entry remote Toyota, first insert the key into the ignition and remove twice in 5 seconds. Second, close and open driver door twice in 40 seconds. Third, insert the key and remove it again from the ignition. Then close and open driver door twice in 40 seconds. Programming is now complete.
