Mirrored glass often has a layer of paint over the mirroring materials. You would have to remove this first using a standard paint stripper. You would then use a chemical, such as muriatic acid or bleach to remove the mirroring.

If you are looking for just the mirrored glass - any good glass shop should be able to cut you one and affix the sticky back mounting tape to it. If you are looking for the entire mirror assembly - try a salvage yard. Both options are cheaper than a dealer - that's for sure.
Ice the front and back of the ear lobe to reduce the swelling which will allow the removal of the back of the earring. If this does not enable removal, then the skin may have grown around the backing and removal under local anesthesia may be required by a physician.
