The rear seat(s) are easy:
On the front edge there is a tab/lever under the seat which you can use to unlock the seat. It should then be able to be moved forward a couple inches, revealing two bolts underneath it at the rear. Take those out and the seat will lift out easily.
Having bought mine used, the rear bolts had been left out after the previous owner did this (aftermarket stereo, with wiring changed at the amp.) I've never noticed any problems with leaving those bolts out, and would recommend it. Makes removal of the seat even easier.
remove brake seats then remove the brake knuckles , then you'll need a wheel hub puller or a slide hammer.
the only difference, is that the SE has a 6 disk CD changer, and it has heated seats, that's all
They have driver, passenger, and front side airbags (located in the seats)

AnswerI had the same problem accessing the rear speakers. Their located under the little windows from the back seats. If you need to remove them its a pain in the butt. But you can still do it. this is what you need to do. 1. remove the flip down seats and unclip the lower seat.2. you will see a screw on the plastic in which the speakers are in and remove it.3. next remove the bar that holds the seat belt in the floor.4 Then you will be able to remove the plastic hiding the speakers that plastic is a whole piece and its a pain taking it off.
