The front bearings are pressed into the hub. Take the axles out of the hub and remove the steering knuckle/hub assembly. Take them to a machine shop and have the bearings pressed out and back in again.

The rear bearings you just take off the grease cap. Unstake the keeper washer and take the nut off. Then you can pull the outer bearings out. then replace the nut on the spindle and pull out again which will take the inner bearing out along with the seal.
