You top off brake fluid when the brakes are changed. If the brake fluid is low there is a reason. Get them checked out at that time. Most auto technicians will not top off brake fluid for this reason. The fluid lasts as long as the breaks.
On a Renault Megane Scenic, the clutch fluid is stored in the clutch master cylinder reservoir, which is typically located near the brake fluid reservoir in the engine bay. The reservoir is usually translucent, allowing you to check the fluid level easily. If you need to add fluid, ensure you're using the correct type specified in the owner's manual, often DOT 4 brake fluid. Always check for leaks in the system if you're frequently needing to top up the fluid.

Then, check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top it off if necessary, as low fluid can trigger the warning light. If the light persists, it may indicate a fault in the braking system, and you should consult the vehicle's manual or a professional mechanic for further diagnosis and resolution.

To fill the gearbox of your Renault Kangoo van, you will first need to locate the gearbox filler plug, usually found on the side of the gearbox. Use the correct grade and type of gearbox oil recommended by Renault for your specific model. With the van on a level surface, remove the filler plug and slowly add the gearbox oil until it reaches the bottom of the filler hole. Reinstall the filler plug securely, and you have successfully filled the gearbox.
