Meiosis.
Two haploid cells.
Haploid sex cells formed in the female reproductive organs are called ova (or eggs). Ova are produced through a process called oogenesis in the ovaries. They are released during ovulation and can be fertilized by a sperm cell to form a zygote.
Gametes are reproductive cells (sperm in males, eggs in females) that carry half the genetic material of an organism. During sexual reproduction, gametes fuse to form a zygote with a complete set of chromosomes.
Cells produced by meiosis are called daughter cells which contain one haploid of chromosomes. So, these cells are called haploid daughter cells.
Cells with half the genetic information are called haploid cells. Each haploid cell has only one set of chromosomes, whereas diploid cells have two sets. Haploid cells are typically found in reproductive cells such as sperm and egg cells.
Gametes are produced by specialized cells in the reproductive organs through a process called meiosis. In males, sperm are produced in the testes, while in females, eggs (ova) are produced in the ovaries. Meiosis reduces the chromosome number by half, resulting in haploid gametes that can combine during fertilization to form a diploid zygote.
Gametes are reproductive cells produced by a type of cell division called meiosis. They contain only one set of chromosomes and are said to be haploid.
Meiosis is the process by which haploid sex cells (sperm and egg cells) are produced. During meiosis, a single diploid cell undergoes two rounds of cell division to generate four haploid cells, each containing half the number of chromosomes of the original cell.
Sperm are produced in the seminiferous tubules.

The Nuclear process that Gametes are formed is called Gametogenesis.
That's a haploid cell. (Cells with the full set of chromosomes are called diploid.)Some plants and micro-organisms go through stages in their life when their bodies are made of haploid cells, but in animals, the only haploid cells are gametes (sperm and egg cells). They're haploid so that when they fuse together at fertilisation the full diploid number of chromosomes will be restored.Haploid cells are produced by a process called meiosis.
