Juliet's age is mentioned in the play: she is almost fourteen. Romeo's age is not mentioned, although he cannot be very old, as he still lives with his parents, and does not appear to have settled down to any kind of productive occupation. This also applies to Hamlet, and he's thirty. So Romeo could be any age under thirty. Remember that in Shakespeare's day a relationship between a fourteen year old girl and a twenty-five year old man would not be as "creepy" as it is now. They had different taboos then.
