Runescape mage pure yes or no?

I don't really know what your asking if this doesn't answer your question then rewrite it and send it again to be more spacific so anyway if your asking if you should be a pure mage it has its advantages and dissadvantages.

Advantages are it does a lot of damage and you look cool people are usually scared of mages also (i know i am i always try to kill them first in clan wars)

Disadvantages if you are using the mage gear it has hardly any defense therefore your going to be taking lot o damage and it costs a lot for the runes ones you run out of runes you are probobly battling with your staff which isn't a good weapon if i were you i would just be part time mage or if you want to be pure make sure to have really high def and prayer. probobly be good to have food to :-)

The best thing about mage pures are that they really piss people off on clan wars and pvp that's why i always make them then when I'm done pissing people off i sell them for a about $30 or more depending on how well i made the =]
