working based on ottocycle
Otto cycle using SI engine is write r wrong Otto cycle using SI engine is write r wrong
All SI frequencies are in Hertz ( Cycle/sec)
SI stands for Spark Ignition. eg. Petrol Engine.
An SI engine ignites the fuel with a spark (SI = Spark Ignition) whereas the CI engine ignites the fuel with heat generated from compression (CI = compression ignition)
An SI engine is a spark ignition engine. A CI engine is a compression ignition engine. SI engines use spark plugs to ignite fuel in the combustion chamber. CI engines use compression in the combustion chamber to ignite the fuel.
4-cycle
If the engine has an oil sump and an oil filler spout, it is a 4-cycle engine. On a 2-cycle engine, oil must be added to the fuel.
Misquitoes
Red
No he is not
Only if it is a 2 cycle engine and you mix the oil with the gasoline. If it is a 4 cycle engine, then using 2 cycle oil will destroy the engine over time. Use SAE 10w30 synthetic oil in your air cooled 4 cycle engine.
Because a 2 Cycle Engine burns the oil in the gas, and in a 4 cycle engine, it sits in the oil pan, and it isn't supposed to burn it at all.
