If you are referring to the American Civil War, the answer is no. Whatever Colt weapons were already in the South prior to the outbreak of hostilities were the only ones they got to use. They had to make their own weapons, such as the LeMat revolver and the Griswold and Gunnison revolver, which was almost an exact copy of a Colt. Due to lack of materials and manufacturing capacity, these had only limited success. Most of their rifles were British Enfield flintlock and rifled weapons, smuggled in through the Union Naval Blockade.
