No father Christmas is real. But many people don't believe it, maybe if more people believe then it may become more clear.
Children at the age of eight don't believe in santa due to tv programmes expoiting his very exisitance but really how do they know.
Magic, people think this is just some petty scam to get children to believe in any rubbish but the reason no one has seen santa claus and his magic is because then people will somehow exploit it.
I am a mp and have worked with the government for years now and know what a good debate is but the question 'Is santa real' just isn't looked into. Those non believers are just stubborn cowards that are too scared to own up that the once believed in santa but either tv or rumours told them.
Ya, st. nick lived along time ago, but ther's no santa

Hmm. Good question and a hard one to answer. I am sure that the Santa in the stores are just playing Santa and aren't the real Father Christmas. Once, when my children were very young, I dressed up as Father Christmas at a party. My kids figured out it was I but my niece didn't know and wouldn't come near me. I am sure that the presents I got when I was young were real, were mine to keep and I sure was glad to get them. I learned not to tell other children that Father Christmas wasn't real because it made one girl cry to hear it. Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope Christmas is still special no matter what you decide.
