NO- you need to have experience on all kinds of issues but to me Sarah Palin IS qualified for President in 2012.

Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution outlines the eligibility requirements to run for the office of President:
  • be a natural born citizen of the United States
  • be at least thirty-five years old;
  • have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.
ANYONE who is eligible can run for President but being qualified usually determines if that person will be nominated. Sarah Palin was selected by John McCain as his running mate. But if she intends to declare herself a candidate for President in 2012, she will be required to follow the same procedures her opponents follow. States use either a presidential primary or a series of caucuses and conventions to select delegates. Then, on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November, registered voters cast their ballot for the presidential team of their choice.
