actually, sasuke didn't kill itachi. when they fought itachi was hurt or sick, and he died. he never intended on killing sasuke. sasuke didn't know about itachi's past

Is Sasuke Uchiha evil?
Depends on your point of view. He switched sides multiple times, and sometimes he seems to be good and sometimes bad. Yes and no. Although I don't like it, you can't denie that he has a lot of evil in him. I mean, he wants to destroy and kill everyone in the Leaf. I don't know about you, but that sounds evil to me. But he still has good in him somewhere (Kakashi and Naruto both know). Its just buried deep in his heart, under all that anger and hate, and Sasuke refuses to aknowledge that. In my opinion, Sasuke is lost and misguided. He is a selfish, angry little brat who only thinks about revenge and thinks that caring about anyone is a weakness(but Sasuke still cares about Naruto somewhat). Because he wanted revenge for so long, that's the only way Sasuke knows how to live. He is someone to feel sorry for, but he is making all the wrong choices that he's going to regret in the end. There's also the part that Madara got into his head, but let's not forgot that Sasuke made his own choices. So did Itachi, but he is going against his brother's wishes, which shows that Sasuke doesn't care about how Itachi felt at all. But I do believe that Sasuke will learn from his mistake, be good again and happy at the Hidden Leaf Village again.
Which is cooler Luffy or Naruto?
In honest opinion, I think Kakashi is. We've all been drawn to the cool, collected, quietly raging characters in anime like Sasuke since the dawn of time, but personally....ever since Sasuke's parents were killed, he grew to be selfish, cold, and nearly unfeeling. Sakura and Naruto have warmed him up a lot and taught him how to feel again, but still.....he almost killed Naruto and broke Sakura's heart. THEN he nearly did it all over again. If you look back in the episode where he and Naruto fight on the rooftop, he says: "for all those who don't understand me....I'll kill their loved ones to let them know how i feel." That answer was pretty selfish. So, my answer is: Kakashi. BUT NO OFFENCE TO ALL THE SASUKE-LOVERS OUT THERE! I USED TO BE ONE! I KNOW! :)
