There are a few ways, depending on the degree of familiarity you want to express. "Tú" is commonly used for friends and family, or addressing people younger than yourself. "Usted" is used for more formal situations, to express respect. "Vos" is very informal and only commonly used in a few countries. It is important to remember that verb conjugations also change, depending on which form of "you" is being used. When addressing someone in "usted" form, you will usually use a verb in the third person.
