Satan was permanently defeated at the Cross by Jesus, the crucifixion opened the door for all who believe to be forgiven of their sins and go to heaven.
Satan's worst day is yet to come where he himself will be thrown into the lake of his own fire (Revelations 20:10)
But if you are referring to Jesus being tempted by Satan in the desert for 40 days scripture says:
Luke 4:1-14 (New International Version)Luke 4The Temptation of Jesus1Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the desert, 2where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry.
3The devil said to him, "If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread."
4Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone.'[a]"
5The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. 7So if you worship me, it will all be yours."
8Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'[b]"
9The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down from here. 10For it is written:
" 'He will command his angels concerning you
to guard you carefully;
11they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.'[c]"
12Jesus answered, "It says: 'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'[d]"
13When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time.
Colossians 2:15 (NIV)
And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
Nothing says.
there is no scripture in the bible that says that. when you die if you have made Jesus lord of your life, you will go to heaven and live eternally with him. if not, you go to eternal suffering in hell.
John 7:45-46 This was the comment made by the soldiers when they went to arrest Jesus.
No one knows, nor, it seems, ever will do. Blood groups are a modern discovery and do no record has ever been made in scripture or in historans' writings.
Muslims believe, per Islam religion and holy Quran, that Jesus (peace be upon him) was not crucified but his likeness was made by God on someoneelse who betrayed Jesus and he is the one who was crucified but Jesus was lifted bodily to the Heavens. Jesus will come back before the Resurrection day and he will defeat the evil and then dies. Refer to question below.
No. The four Gospels ('Gospel' means good news) are accounts by four of Jesus' contemporaries (and maybe one near-contemporary) about what Jesus said, what He did, where He went, to whom He spoke, etc. The Gospels contain references to God's people before Jesus' time (mostly made by Jesus Himself), but they are included only incidentally to the main thrust of the Scripture. The Gospels' principal focus is on Jesus.
Noah made the ark of cypres wood.
The man is not mentioned by name. Scripture only refers to him as the man born blind that Jesus healed. Jesus spat on the ground and made clay with His saliva and anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. Jesus told him to "Go wash in the pool of Siloam". When he went and washed his eyes he came back seeing. Read this account in John 9:6-34.
What we know about Anne comes not from scripture but from tradition. She was a Jewish woman married to St. Joachim. In her older years she conceived of a baby girl who was to become the Blessed Virgin Mary. That made her the grandmother of Jesus.
Jesus Christ is made from the word of God, so Jesus himself is the Word Of God.
Jesus' specific age is only mentioned twice in Scripture; Luke 2:42 (when he was twelve), and when He began His ministry (soon after being baptized), when He was said to be "about thirty" (Luke 3:23). A three-year ministry would have made Him about 33 at the time of the crucifixion.
Satan has no angels. Angels were made of light and can never disobey God. Satan was a jinn and evil jinn are Satans devils, no one knows how many there are.
