The seahorse's life cycle starts anew when a male and female start a courting ritual. The female eventually deposits eggs via an oviduct into the male's pouch, and he fertilizes the eggs. The eggs develop inside his pouch, and eventually he gives birth to well-formed fry. The fry continue to grow until they become adults.

info: young seahorses are eaten by stingrays and other fish but they are not eaten when juveniles or adults because of their outer bones. They taste bad as juveniles and adults. They are eaten when babies because their outer bones are not developing yet. i hope that is enough info for you

Seahorses begin their lives as tiny eggs. Males carry the eggs in his pouch and when he gives birth, the baby seahorses grab onto objects with their tails to keep from floating away. They then grow to juveniles and finally, adults.
