The law is dogmatic and will hopefully remain unapproved.
Dogmatic means you strongly believe in something, and it doesn't necessarily have to be religious, but it could be. I am dogmatic about God, nothing will make me even consider he doesn't exist. I'm dogmatic about being unlucky today, because I got hit by lightening twice, got run over by a bicycle, tripped and fell down the stairs, and got food poisoning from the cafeteria food at school.
