The seven-step planning process for the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) includes: Identify the Mission: Define the purpose of the physical fitness program. Gather Information: Collect data on current fitness levels and resources. Determine Objectives: Set specific, measurable fitness goals. Develop Courses of Action: Plan training strategies to meet the objectives. Analyze and Compare Courses of Action: Evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies. Select the Best Course of Action: Choose the most effective training plan. Develop an Implementation Plan: Create a detailed schedule and assign responsibilities for the training program.
13 test batteries
The seven physical fitness batteries is as follows: Shuttle runs the 5.50 meter dash, Sit-Ups, Sit and Reach, Arm flex hang, Standing long jump and 12 minutes long distance run. The test is used to simply test your strength and endurance.
