Drinking you're blood is not good. You need you're blood in your bloodstream to survive. Drinking blood has no real benefits because the blood and all nutrients in it were already in you.
Drinking someone else's blood isn't good either because you could contract HIV or other illnesses. Also, why would you want to drink blood anyway?
