No. You shouldn't have kids until you can provide for them and don't need your family help to raise them which you will need at 16 if you want to finish school and get a good job. You will not be emancipated but in fact have more obligations than before. Ask your parents if they are willing to raise another child. You can not make it without them so it's not more than fare that you ask. It's not that hard to wait 2 more years so you can move out and get a job and pay for daycare etc by yourself.
