It depends whether you take the word "speak" to mean preach, or just talk. It also depends whether you take that as the personal opinion of the writer or God's opinion.

It may have a point in that women tend to use words more readily than men, in remaining silent in church perhaps women would swallow their pride, which would bring them closer to God. That's just a possible view though, no disrespect intended towards women (They might beat me up).

What argument to the church of England have for having women priests?

men were the head of the church I'm uncertain what the question is specifically asking. But there is Scripture to say women should NOT be in any leadership role during a church service. 1 Corinthians 14:34 --Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

What is the analogy or metaphor by paul in 1 Corinthians 9?

1Co 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, "YOU SHALL NOT MUZZLE AN OX WHILE IT TREADS OUT THE GRAIN." Is it oxen God is concerned about? Paul is saying the christian worker should be supported by the church/believers.

Who is entrusted with the responsibility of authentically interpreting the Christian Sacred Scriptures?

This is something every Christian can do. Many Christians believe they have the Holy Spirit indwelling them and the Holy Spirit will bear witness to the Christian what is truth and what is not truth. Also there are established ways to interpret Scripture to avoid error. For example your should compare Scripture with Scripture. So if you say a piece of Scripture means 'this' and what you say is not backed up by other Scripture then you may be wrong - in a sense allowing the Bible to interpret itself and not someone else. Also, reading the topic Scripture in full context to get the real meaning.

Should Christian ethics govern schools?

Universal ethics should be practised and taught in schools. To this extent, Christian ethics will be practised and taught in schools, as will Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist and even secular ethics - they all mean the same thing. But Christian teachings belong in Christian institutions and Scripture classes.
