I can't even understand why you would ask this; do you think there's a scripture reading something along the lines of "For lo, the Lord God saith unto you: let not thy stench be washed away by the cleansing waters; rather store it up, even unto the foulest of odors, that ye may be blessed thereby." ? In answer: no, there's no blanket prohibition against Christians taking showers.
