The medical "jury", so to speak, is still out on this one. But, it is recommended that consumption of caffeine containing products is done in moderation, to be sure. No more than 2 cups of coffee or caffeine containing products is recommended on a daily basis - by most medical professionals. And, for cardiac patients, and those with hypertension, caffeine should be avoided.

I think that you should stop drinking caffeine because it stops you from growing. I don't want to stay the same height. But that's just my opinion. You should stop drinking caffeine because it reduces the risk of having heart disease and increases the cAMP in the heart cells. Also, it could reduce the risk of developing Parkinson's disease. According to the American Heart Association (Dated April 14, 2010) "Many studies have been done to see if there's a direct link between caffeine, coffee drinking and coronary heart disease.
