The mean absolute deviation is 28.5
355/113 is a better approximation. In fact, if you assume the earth is exactly 6371 Km in radius (says google... and a perfect sphere) using 355/113 would put your measurement of the earth off by only 3.4 METERS from the true value. 355/113 is the best simple approximation for everyday use. the suns total volume would be off by 10% of an earth volume

Platelet count of 113 (or 113,000 more properly) is indicative of mild thrombocytopenia. It should be monitored, but physicians generally don't become concerned until platelet counts are much lower.
Normal range is about 150+ so you aren't too low but if you want to increase your count. Diet can help nearly every problem try fresh fruit and veggies, foods with Omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin and mineral supplements. Yes, at last count in the US, at least 113 people died.
If there is a remainder of 8 when they divide into 113, then they must be factors of 113 - 8 = 105, but not factors of 113, and greater than 8: The factors of 105 are: 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 21, 35, 105 The factors of 113 are: 1, 113 Thus the 3 numbers which divide 113 with a remainder of 8 are 15, 21, 35, 105 (oops, there are 4 numbers which satisfy the criteria - I never could count...)
113% = 113/100113% = 113/100113% = 113/100113% = 113/100
The positive integer factors of 113 are: 1, 113
