Yes because what if it turns out you like them alotta a bit. Then, if you turn them down you would have to face major regret. Give it a shot. You never know. If it really turns out to be horrible just say "I don't think we should do this because....." Fill in the blank. Hopefully, the person will understand that you just don't have feelings for them anymore and move on.
