From my experience, attending a boarding school in senior year is great! The most important lesson I got from my three year experience in a boarding school is that we get to be independent and learn how not to rely on others all the time to solve our problems. From that I also have more self confidence knowing the fact that I have lived 3 years of my life away from my parents. Next time I would already be used to it.
The choice is yours actually, and your choice whether you will attend boarding school or not should also be approved by your parents. Often people that attend boarding school without permission by their parents end up doing badly at school. If you've got the permission, you have confidence that you can stay away from your parents, you are confident that you can solve your own problems (don't rely on friends all the time), and that you promise you will be responsible of your actions while at boarding school, then why not? Go for it!
I am Mita, I want to say you that boarding life is just amazing. I also agree with RosaMistica that attending a boarding school we get to be independent and responsible that we can face any any challenge effectively. Also, in boarding schools we we will meet people from other backgrounds and we will learn that how to interact with them. I also studied in boarding school and I have got great experience over there. I think you should go for baording school.

A fifth year is traditionally referred to as a "post graduate" year. Schools that offer the fifth year can be found on the Boardingschoolreview.com web site. If you list boarding schools directory those that offer a post graduate year are identified with a PG designation in the "Grades" column. Some students simply seek admission to retake their senior year.
