since i am a proud owner of many reptiles i can tell you that you should not hold a pet the first day you bring it home. you should not hold it for at least 24 hours. this will give it time to adjust to its new home. you can pet it just not get it out, this will also give it some time to get used to you.
YES!! i have two leopard geckos and they are very nice. leopard geckos don't bite people unless they are really really stressed or angry at you. they can crawl up your shirt, sleep on you, and they are very fun to play with! they sometimes don't like people holding them a lot... also IT'S FUN WATCHING THEM EAT!! so please keep them! they are precious animals. they are very calm and whoever takes care of them will think that you are their master. it takes about 3 weeks to let them know you. (P.S. when they want to know you, they will lick you!!) so keep them!
It depands on the leopard gecko usally 1 or 2 weeks
A leopard gecko is not a domesticated species of animal, It cannot learn tricks and follow your command. These animals should not be leashed nor should they be dragged across the floor. Leopard geckos live in a climate that hits almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Your home is more than likely 60-80 F. Therefore your leopard gecko would not be able to sustain extended periods of time out of its terrarium.
The leopard gecko has been captive-bred in the United States for more than 30 years and is one of the most commonly kept lizards today. These hardy saurians come in a variety of colors, patterns and sizes. This is a great species for the home. Imagine a lizard that can vocalize and wash an eye with its tongue with ease. There is a friendly dinosaur in this small package.
yes, but the 5 year old HAS to be a female.
When you bring a Gecko home from a Pet Shop, it usually comes in a small, cardboard carry box. If you don't have one of them, ask your nearest Pet Shop if they have any.
Big pet stores like pets at home will surely have gecko food Hope this helped x
Rocky ledges and caves. At home in high mountains, the snow leopard is well adapted to the harsh climate it lives in.

The New Caledonian Giant Gecko or Leach's Giant Gecko is the biggest gecko in the world. It is a nocturnal specie of gecko that makes it's home in the treetops of New Caledonia. Many locals call this gecko "the devil of the trees" because of the growling sound it makes with its throat at night.
Yes. It can be handled. Put one hand in front of the gecko. Then, with the other hand, nudge it so that it goes onto your hand. Keep ypur hands still, and if it looks scared, cup one hand over it so it feels more secure. Never grab by its tail, as it will drop off. I would advise holding it with your hands inside its tank/cage, so if it tries to jump off your hands it will land in its cage and can't run away. At first the gecko will not like being held. Keep handling it and eventually it will get used to it and not jump down all the time.
No PM brought home confederation. However Trudeau brought the Constitution home to Canada.
