You can wear whatever you feel most comfortable with.
If you use pads you may be more comfortable with cloth pads as they're more breathable so keep you drier, they are also soft so don't rub on skin. You could also team-up with period underwear or on light flow days you could just use period underwear, these are underwear with ads built-in and leak-proof lining so help prevent against leaking while you're on your period.
Rather than tampons you might want to try menstrual cups which are internal like tampons but safer, thus unlike tampons cups can be worn even when your flow is light and for up to 12 hours. Cups are better when active as they don't increase cramps as tampons can, in fact they can reduce cramps, and they hold more plus have light suction so they don't leak like other options.
U could wear whatever you want to wear its your choice!
You need to weAR A tampon. Or if your not sure if a tampon will protect you fully, wear a panty liner.
In order to know what to wear you must ask your dance teacher for instructions.
you should put in a tampon and wear a pad in your underwear
A tampon obviously
A tampon and a pair of dark wash jeans
Wear a sanitary napkin/tampon.
If i were you i would were a pair of tights and a T-shirt so you wouldn't be hot in your flex dance class
you either have to stop or wear a tampon
I wouldn't recommend a tampon because of the risk of infection. However, using a menstrual cup should be fine!
It depends on the type of dance Usually for ballet you wear tights a leotard and a skirt, but for a class like hiphop a pair of dance shorts and a tank will be fine. Ask your dance teacher but make sure you have the correct shoes and that you are confotable. It is xtremely hard to dance with clothes that you dont feel confortable in. I hope i helped!!
Yes, you can wear a tampon after urinating. Everyone urinates at some point, and urine comes out of your urethra not your vagina, so I'm not sure why you would think that you'd not be abel to wear a tampon after urinating.
No you shd wear a pad so when the doctor has to look down there you don't have to pull it out and be left with nothing for you period the rest of the time. Unless you bring another tampon for after your doctor looks at your vagina.
