If any kind of meaningful dialogue is to take place then that can only be built on mutual respect. Each should accept that others may not share their point of view or political outlook.
If any country fails to understand that others should be accorded the same rights that they themselves enjoy then perhaps they should consider their own right to be recognised by others.
Because, Pakistan never official recognised Israel
if they are willing to accept defeat
Is it a joke? how can Israel be a state of USA? May be in the mind of some Pakistani roaming to be part of USA (but be sure USA never will accept that, becoz USA can't accept a problematic, talibanized Pakistan)
This will not happen for the time-being. Pakistan is far more interested in posturing and showing its support for the Islamic community against Israel than it is for actual peace, reconciliation, and dialgoue. When Pakistanis establish human rights in their country for all of their citizens and embrace a more liberal outlook, they may come to see Israel as an ally, but current trends in Pakistan show that it is only getting worse, not better.
Democratic government rule in Pakistan should be in place with immediate effect. every people should be literate and employed and should accept ownself as human first and Muslim next to it .
No. Pakistan is not, nor has ever been, part of Israel. They are two entirely separate and independent nations.

The only fighting between Pakistan and Israel are perhaps wars of words. There is currently no warfare between the two countries. If, perhaps, you meant why do Israel and Palestine (not Pakistan) continue to fight, please see the Related Links below.
Pakistan and Israel have never had normalized relations. Both countries continue to demonize each other. (Israel describes Pakistan as a "Terrorist Haven" and Pakistan describes Israel as a "Racist, Zionist State".) However, there has been talk of normalizing relations between leaders of both countries and there has been past collaboration, especially against Afghan Mujahedin.
Israel has been in wars because the Arab countries refuse to accept Israel as a valid country.
