Many Wiccans share different views on whether there should be a degree system; e.g. First Degree, Second Degree, etc. Many will give you different answers if you were to ask them.
Personally, having somebody who is above you when you're practicing your spirituality doesn't connect with me, spiritually. I'm a Solitary Wiccan but might join a coven if the opportunity arose. Still, I don't think the whole 'High Priest/Priestess' thing agrees with me; there should be no one higher than you when spirituality is concerned. You're all on the same level, though some may be more advanced than others.
Still, that's only my view. Blessed Be! )O(
I'm one, so yes, there are Wiccans in the world.
AREN helps Wiccans realize their true potential in conjuring spells. It allows Wiccans a sort of guide to different spells and such that they may utilize.
No, Wiccans honor and respect the goddesses and gods, but are not "mastered" by anything. Wiccans are not servants or slaves to the deities or spirits or other people, but are free to work according to their own individual will.

Wicca started in England. It is widely spread in USA, and also in Australia. Wiccans live in so many countries, all around the world including India and Sri Lanka. Wicca is not limited to one country. You cannt say how many Wiccans are there in a country, because when wicca is not known to the general public of a country or if there is a negative stigma about Wicca in a country, Wiccans don't openly tell what their religion is. One other reason is, Wiccans do not point out other Wiccans to non Wiccans, or even to other Wiccans
Of course there are Wiccans in Georgia who cast spells. But as in other parts of the Bible Belt, many Wiccans in Georgia choose to maintain a low profile to avoid causing or encountering trouble.
There are thousands of families of Wiccans, just like there are millions of families of Christians, millions of families of Jews, etc.
