No. The only way I would say this was okay would be if an adult, who is aware of all the requirements involved in this, was mainly in charge. There are so many problems that can occur that it shouldn't be entirely left to a 12 year old. Really, nobody should do it unless they truly know what they are doing and are capable and ready to handle all of it.
I think your 2 year old dragon will breed when it is between the age of 3-6! so you only have to wait 1-4 years! its going to be cool when ir breeds!
Bearded Dragons are native to Australia where they originally came from. They love the inland deserts but are also found along the east coast as well. The Germans took some Bearded Dragons and began breeding them and morphing them into different varieties which can now be found around the world. Bearded Dragons pets are very popular around the world especially in the UK and United States.
about $100
Bearded dragons typically grow about 1-2 inches per month during their first year of life. After that, their growth rate slows down and they continue to grow at a slower pace.
You cant buy them because they wont live past a year old
The Leap Year dragon was a limited time dragon available in February of 2012. There were several combinations, but the most effective was Panlong+Love. It had about a 20% success rate. Leap year dragons are no longer available, unless you breed two already existing leap year dragons together.
Ours isn't at all. She plays with our 2 and 3 year old, cuddles and kisses us. She is the sweetest pet I've ever head.
Is there some sort of gang called bearded Dragons? Or are you really referring to the mythological creature? If you are referring to the creature then no, they don't because A) Their tough scales which can break swords can't possibly be pierced by a needle and B) No doctor is dumb/suicidal enough to run up to a bearded dragon and try to vaccinate it from a disease that it will never get.
Hatchling bearded dragons (baby ones) and juvenile(kid) ones should be fed small (pinhead ) sized crickets every day. Adult bearded dragons (1 year or older) should be fed 5 every other day. Mine likes to eat 17 every week and a half or every 2 weeks. You should give your dragon 4 large mealworms on the days between the cricket days, and a super worm as a treat. Vary the amount of food depending on the size or your lizard. Different bearded dragons grow at different rates. My dragon Claws is a little over a year old (I think a year and a half) and almost 1 and 3/4 feet.
Absolutely NOT ! Those two lizards are from completely different eco systems and should NEVER be housed together ! Trying to put them together would result in stress for BOTH of them - probably resulting in health issues, loss of appetite and eventually death !
it depends on the breed if it is a heritage breed it should be around a year if its a commercial production breed it should be no more than 4 months old.
You simply just have to buy or breed all hybrid dragons and regular ones :)
