No. I believe that once you hit highschool. you should have a right to sleep when you want. But I do think that it is wrong to stay up past 12.pm on a weekday. Not including friday.
9:00 becauce 82 year olds need there sleep
A twelve-year-old needs at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep in order to stay healthy and well rested. The exact time that your child goes to bed should depend on the time they need to get up the next morning, but should definitely be before midnight.
I think that a normal bed time for an 11 year old is 9:30 or 10:00
10 year olds should go to bed around 10:00. It is important for them to get sleep but when you get older you might have stuff to do that ends late. Then you need time to do other things like homework.
yes
around 9.00pm, if watching a movie/at a party/ sleepover bed time can be expanded...
7:00
10- 10.30pm
8.30
7:30
When ever . You should get 8 hours of sleep if possible though
There is no specific time for a healthy adult to go to bed. Nor do all need the same amount of sleep. Different people have different requirements and an adult would be aware of his or her needs.
