Should a 16 kid run a bible study and tell people about the bible and give answers for people with out being a certified pastor preist and talks like he know everything about the bible?

Well i think it doesn't matter what age you are, or if are a certified pastor or priest, it matters about your maturity, and your knowledge about The Bible. If you believe what he is saying is correct, then there shouldn't be a problem with it. If he is teaching about the bible to others then that is a good thing, because he is doing God's work.
