Yes. Water is necessary for many aspects of your horse's health. It helps to flush impurities out through the kidneys, helps the nutrients from food get where they need to go, lubricates joints and protects body organs, helps regulate the horse's body heat, and many other things. No horse should EVER be left without access to clean fresh water. But when a horse is engaged in hard work, you will need to regulate how fast the horse is drinking water, and how much. Too much too fast after hard work can cause colic or laminitis. Allow the horse to cool down first before allowing it to drink large amounts of water.

Yes! Horses need lots of water! Make sure it is clean before they drink. Also make sure it is in a easy place for them to get toyes, even when in the field. there should be water for them to access at all times. Not if the horse just "pigged out" on hay and oats. This depends. If he is used to this weather and has a nice, long and thick coat, he should be fine. You should always have some form of shelter in his paddock You can rug him if you wish, but it is not necessary. Think - what conditions would he be in in the wild? If your horse is clipped, or has a fine coat, you should provide him with a rug and definitely shelter.
as long as you love horses, it shouldn't matter. but be in mind that you should be finacally prepared to take care of the horse and you should have enought time to put in with the horse. You should know about the horse's needs

Well, when you put a horse into a paddock, you would likely need to check for the following: 1: Food, the horse should have grass or hay available. 2: Water, the horse needs a supply of fresh water. 3: Shelter, the horse should have an adequate shelter. 4: Fencing, the fence should be sturdy and high enough the horse can't escape. 5: Plants / pests, you should check for any toxic plants or pests that shouldn't be there. 6: Gate lock, you should ensure the lock on the gate is secure and can't be opened by the horse. There are also other things to check, but these six are typically the most important.
