My PT roars like mad on coarse blacktop, but is quiet as a mouse on new pavement. I blame the tires, but I wonder about a gap at the bottom of the rear doors. I have also heard Goodyear tires blamed for some road noise.
The noise sounds like a "Growl" or a "roaring" noise. Generally you can also feel a slight vibration in the car as you drive.
growling
What is the roaring noise from a 1999 Toyota Camry XLE at speeds over 35 ? Sounds like it is coming from the rear.
the wheel bearing on the vehicle will make a roaring noise when you accelerate the faster you go the louder it gets
The compressor may have a locked rotor in the condenser causing the loud roaring noise. Another possibility is low refrigerant.
Bellows mender
A roaring sound is usually caused by a worn out wheel bearing.
Like a roaring noise
Guns make a roaring sound.
yes, they make a loud roaring noise.
it makes i roaring noise! idk! look up tyrannosaurrus noise on Google! or.....watch Jurassic park!
If it sounds like a woosh it is probably a valve. Hope this helps.
