No rabbits don't need bringing inside when the weather is bad because they can survive extreme temperatures. As long as they have a roof over there head and plenty of bedding and there are covered at night and well fed then they will be OK.
i think you should bring them in if the temp goes below 5'.. I had 2 rabbits and I had no room to take them inside during winter and after about a week of cold weather they sadly passed away
You could put it out in the rain however if your rabbit has nice soft fur that you want to stay like that then I advise you not to.
no
The most useful object to carry when it is raining outside would be an umbrella.
Yes. They should have a small rabbit-proof area outside, or even a small cage outside. Make sure you supervise them.

1) Becouse is spelt because 2) Raining is a clause 3) Outside is a clause If the question was that you had to pick one, choose Raining otherwise both of them. Hope this helps
Yes of course, my rabbit sits in the rain all the time, it's his choice as he has the choice to take shelter !
Beacuse someone told him it was raining cats and dogs
In the shade with plenty of fresh water.
If ... then... ex. if it is raining outside then it is wet outside.
