Abortions clearly always endangers the health of the fetus - it ends it! And if it endangers one woman but not the others, no then it would not be illegal. That particular woman would not have one. I doubt any doctor would go through with it. But like I said - that will never happen with a legal abortion. The other choice, labor, is always more dangerous.
