No, there is no alcohol in commercial vinegar. It actually depends what vinegar you mean. There's white wine vinegar, malt vinegar etc etc All of which are "sold in shops." However ALL vinegars via the means they are made have at least trace amounts of alcohol in it. This is not in almost all cases enough to get drunk by though or something you should worry about when using.

Seriously..? *sighs lightly* A rave is technically just a term for a large party. So technically there's no age limit for all "raves" in general... There may be an all ages rave where they'd let anyone in. However most raves would typically be 18+ or 21+ due to common drug-usage and sexuality of some people and such. Same thing with clubs, there may be an all-ages club where they'll let you in but will just mark you with a special wristband or something to let people know that you can't buy alcohol. That or there won't be any alcohol sold at the club at all.
