It can not as it is the law of the land and upheld by the Supreme Court.
Another view.
Yes, they should repeal it, as it is a trainwreck. Much more expensive than we were led to believe, and difficult to implement. Congress has the authority to repeal any law.
Who knows. They're still formulating a strategy (I guess 4 years late is better than never...) Honestly, the repeated "repeal" attempts were solely a PR exercise, and one of dubious value.
I assume by "appealed" you are asking did the Republican Party repeal the health care law, commonly referred to as "Obamacare". The Republican members of the House of Representatives, where the GOP has the majority, did repeal the law. However the Democratic Party retained control of the Senate and defeated Republican efforts to repeal the law. So the law remains in force.

Yes, ObamaCare, officially known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), can be repealed, but it requires legislative action by Congress or a ruling by the Supreme Court. Efforts to repeal the ACA have faced significant political challenges and public pushback. While certain provisions have been modified or eliminated through legislation and executive actions, a full repeal would necessitate a majority consensus in Congress and could have substantial implications for millions of Americans relying on its coverage.
No U.S. military forces to Latin America
They wanted to show that it still had the right to collect taxes in America.
When there is tie in the Senate (as demonstrated recently when Vice President Pence broke the tie on the repeal of Obamacare following Senator McCain's NO vote)
This has become a very partisan question. Now that the Affordable Care Act is official, some of the Americans who were originally opposed to it are finding out they like many of its features. But others are still opposed to it, and Republicans (including Mitt Romney, who designed the original version of the plan when he was governor of Massachusetts) have pledged to repeal it. I would suggest that you read the act and the summary of what it does and does not do. I enclose a link.
I don't know i'm looking, as well.
I have no choice but to repeal the promotion I gave you.
Repeal
