There a few scary rides like Shockwave, G-Force, Apocalypse and Maelstrom. But The scariest one for me was Apocalypse!! :)

Based on the reviews, Ranger is the most thrilled among the rides. Ranger is a spaceship-like ride that takes you into a 360-degree orbit.Height Restrictions: Must be 54″ tall.
I think the scariest theme park rides are roller coasters. Also Scream at Six Flags. Millenium Force in Cedar Point is pretty cool from the videos I've seen. The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Disney Hollywood Studios, Florida, is pretty scary I think :L
Yes, but not on the rides.

I went to Dorney in 2008 and I'm going again this year. The last time I went to Dorney Park, the scariest rides would have had to be Talon and Hydra because Talon whips you around and Hydra is just crazy.
That can't be measured. But X2 and Goliath at Six flags Magic Mountain are considered pretty scary.
if there is thunder or lightning, you are not allowed. but if there is only a little rain then its ok.
