Two different jurisdictions can't try a person for the same crime, however, two jurisdictions can try a person for two different offenses connected to the same crime.
That will be up to each person. There are arguments for both. However, legally one isn't allowed to.
True
I think that both genders should be allowed to play on the same team
That will depend on where you are, this is regulated by both state and local laws. Some jurisdictions prohibit window mounting of anything completely. Some jurisdictions carefully regulate the area where the mount can be put. Some jurisdictions don't regulate it at all. You should mount the GPS in a location acceptable to the most restrictive jurisdiction that you expect to be traveling through on your trip to avoid problems.
they allowed both unskilled and skilled workers
In order for TWO jurisdictions (i.e.: two states) to be trying him for the same crime he must have committed it in both jurisdictions, thereby establishing two separate offenses (one in each state) both for which he can be charged and tried. If the two jurisdictions you are referring to are a state AND the Feds, the Supreme Court has ruled that THIS type of prosecution does NOT constitute double jeapordy.
Yes, both in marksmanship and in the rules of engagement in most jurisdictions.
Cut blocks are, but chop blocks are not. Both should be against the rules.
should be option d: both a person and an apple
Both of you should say it when you guys feel like you love that person.
I, for one, do not think a person should be with someone out of sympathy. Someone or maybe even both people are bound to get hurt. Being with someone out of sympathy is not helping that person at all. That person should be allowed to find the one who is truly meant for him or her. And the person who is showing the sympathy is missing out on the person who is meant for him or her. Being with someone out of sympathy and not love is leading that person on. It is lying to that person, actually. That person believes that he or she is actually cared for and loved the same way he or she loves and cares for the one who is showing the sympathy. It's just confusion waiting to happen. If that person were to find out, they could end up resenting you possibly forever.
just tell them that you have a crush on the person to and you can work something out together
