as dove is a mosturising soap with 1/4 milk as the main and key ingreidient in it and milk is natural mosturiser and exfoliator so,therefore dove can be used as a exfoliating soap but a homemade exfoliator can also be used which is cheap but effective all you need is:-
(1). extra virgin olive oil
(2). honey
(3). sugar
METHOD - blend all these together into a thick paste and during shower or bath apply this mixture unto your body with a loofah after you applyied the soap, and then gently rinse it off.do it trice a week for best results.
