you can be in trouble with the law because it is a illegal drug and if abused you could be perscribed for jail or rehab.
I don't know, why would you say that. I would suggest a rehab and not leaving a person in jail, just because he/she is an addict. I'm aware that sometimes is hard for us, to keep on fighting but I don't think that the jail is the answer.

Where in Indiana are you? I am in nw Indiana and there are mental health facilities which have drug rehabs in them, as well as support groups... if you can, try seeing a therapist. they can help you get a case manager who can help you get medicaid and will then pay for services.
