Yes, it should
Get yourself a few tubes of Green Glue and a couple of sheets of drywall. Apply the Green Glue to the inside walls of the closet and then screw the new drywall layers right over top. Use some acoustical caulk to seal the seams between the layers of drywall and then repaid the inside (if you need to). You'll notice a significant decrease in sound coming from the walls around the closet.
Depending on the size of the closet desired, there will be four basic materials required to create a custom closet. Those are drywall, wood, drywall brackets, and paint. Some people want mirrors, which means glass will also be needed.
13 sq. ft. is a closet, that's only 3x4 and a bit. How tall?

Sounds like you should come out of the closet.
Absolutely not.
If the floor finish in the room that the closet opens from is tile, and the base of the closet is at floor level, having the same floor finish in the closet is attractive and makes it easy to clean.
The width varies from 4-6 feet. The depth of the closet should be 24"-30".
as big as u want it to be
No. What if the janitor catches you?
You don't count the door and window. so, 13 / 4' = 3 1/3 so you will need to buy 4 sheets.
