Your maximum heart rate is usually defined as 220 minus your age regardless of your activity. As long as you are not exceeding that limit you should be okay.
I have tracked my heart rate at 125 beats per minute after sprinting. The normal heart rate at rest is about 55 for me.
Your pulse rate should be around 70 when you are resting. Higher rates indicate that you are not physically fit and your heart is working harder than it should. Lower rates indicate that you are very fit and your heart is quite efficient at pumping blood.
240 - 250 beats/minute
A cat's heart beats twice as fast as a human heart, at 110 to 140 beats per minute.
for a fairly active adult it should be around 65 bpm at a resting rate but it can vary due to inactivity, extreme activity, age, and stress level
A heart rate of 115 beats a minute is dangerous for a person of any age if you are referring to a regular heart rate. If we are speaking of heart rate during exercise (and excuse me if that is what was meant), then 115 is normal if it is intense exercise. During a minor activity such as walking however, your heart rate should not be over 80 beats per minute. If your heart rate does exceed 80 beats per minute in a minor activity such as mild-pace walking, then you should check with your Cardiologist.
It depends.Your age, your state of health and physical fitness, whether you have been at rest or are exercising, whether you are stressed ...If you happen to be 16 years old then, according to one formula your maximum heart rate should never exceed about 197 beats per minute.
60-100 beats a minute.
180
