Should the air suspension in a 2004 Lincoln Navigator make noise when its rising and if so how loud should it be?

You should be able to hear the compressor Overtime the compressor will get noticeably louder. This doesn't necessarily mean that it's failing or should you be alarmed. If you are concerned I would suggest that you take it in and get it checked out.

Could anyone help me I have a 2004 Lincoln Navigator and the radio will not shut off after the car is turned off?

This is normal for Navigator, the radio will play, and the windows will run up and down for up to 5 minutes after the ignition is turned off. Just open the drivers door to over ride it. They do that so if you listening to a radio program you can hear the end without having the car running. Most newer Lincolns do this.

Can you hear the train coming when you are standing on the track?

Yes you can hear a train coming standing in the vicinity of the tracks. You should never stand on or between the rails. Unless you are crossing the train tracks at an authorized crossing you should stay away from the outside of the nearest rail by at least 10 to 15 feet minimum. If you are at a station you should stand on the outside of the yellow line.
