Maybe ringworm?
Ringworm can appear on any part of the body, and you'll never know how you got it - simply because the possibilities are almost endless. My brother got it on his leg when he was ten. My mother asked the doctor how he got it, and the doctor said "He's a boy, playing outdoors in the summer - that narrows it down to about 25,000 possibilities".
Well I can tell you if you have a big or small circle around your arm with white inside that's ringworm. The best think that I would tell you to do is go to medco.com or askdoctor.com they will help you.

First you should know (or perhaps you already know) that ringworm is not a worm at all but is a fungus that forms round patches on the skin, and it is contageous. Second, it is more likely to occur in moist areas such as the armpits or groin, but can occur elsewhere. So, rather than risk spreading it around you should see a doctor to confirm that it is ringworm, and then follow the doctor's advice on treatment which will likely be a topical fungicide.
Ringworm infection is a very common skin infection which is caused by a fungus. This fungus grows and spreads along the outer layer of the skin and is more frequently observed around the stomach and lower part of the abdomen, under the armpits, between the thighs and around the groin. So yes it can get INSIDE your stomach. Hope it helps!
Could be ringworm, a fungal infection in which the 'sores' are a rash in the form of a circle, red inside, and whitish-grey around the ring. Some people have said that ringworm sores look like cigarette burns.
