Absolutely not! For one thing, having a tat is a risky behavior -- one that many employers may not want in an employee. Another is that many people who buy goods think that tats where you can see them is tacky, and may shop elsewhere. No one is 'entitled' to work at a place where their personal looks or behavior is to the detriment of the business.

No, because having a tattoo is not a disability. The person chose to sit there and have a tattoo applied to their skin. Many places don't care as long as it is concealed with long sleeves, but facial tattoos are a real problem. <><><> Agree with above. You are asking for an opinion- here's mine. No, it should not be illegal. Factors such as race, sex, national origin, etc may NOT be factors in hiring- those are elements a person does not control. But whether or not you have a tat, body piercing, or paint your body in red/green/blue stripes is a choice you made. Some choices have consequences. If a prospective employer does not like having you represent their business- it is their business.

Answer that in itself is a very stupid question....should everyone have tattoos.....no...tattoos are a sign of individuality and not just another form of identification...many people do not like tattoos...so this brings me back to why should everyone have a tattoo? Those with tattoos show individuality
